Have a fantastic Day!!

Tag it! and reason #4

I just love the new Ronald McDonald House Charity stamp set from the current catalogue! It's called "Tag it" and I had fun making this card for a special little girl.

There are so many fun things about this card! It features two of the In Colors, Crisp cantaloupe and Coastal Cabana. They go so nicely together! Oh! and do you notice that awesome Crisp Cantalope Ruffle Stretch Trim? It's my favorite ribbon of all time, hands down! It comes in all five of the In colors too!

The image was inked up with Crisp Cantaloupe and Costal Cabana markers and stamped onto a die cut tag from the "Tag a Bag accessory Kit". In fact, all three layers of the "tag" are from this kit. The little clothes pin and the bakers twine also comes in the kit too! Fun!!

Can you spot another of my favorite products? It's the Chevron embossing folder! I embossed the Coastal Cabana layer and I also embossed the Crumb Cake envelope too! I love embossing! It really adds so much to a hand satmped project.

Ok, it's day 4! Time for Resaon #4 why you should sign up for the $25 starter kit!

Reason # 4:Co-ordinating products!

Stampin up! takes great pride in the fact that all of it's colors co-ordinate and go so well together. Did you know that the cardstock goes through rigorous testing to make sure it "color matches". If you buy Real Red cardstock today, for example, It's gauranteed to match Real Red from years ago. This is a very valuable thing especially if you are working with designer series paper and you want the colors to co-ordinate.

And its not just cardstock, Stampin up! sells  ink pads, markers, ribbon, buttons, brads, embossing powder, envelopes and much more all in matching colors. I love my Crumb Cake Envelopes!

When you shop with Stampin up! you don't need another "store". Everything is right there in front of you in matching colors! Have you ever gone to a big box craft store and picked out some Scrapbook paper and then proceed to try and find the exact color of cardstock, ribbon, brads, buttons to embellish your page perfectly?

I challenge you to try it! I tried it one day (just as an experiment of course, as I would not be buying these items anywhere else but Stampin up!) and it was frustrating... the "greens" didn't match. There were no buttons or brads to be found, and ribbon...forget it. I couldn't get anything close! I put it all back on the shelves and realized how lucky I was to be able to shop from the comfort of home, get my discount (the best part) and know that I was getting a quality product that was gauranteed to co-ordinate. Amazing!

So why wouldn't you sign up for $25 and get a discount everyday on these fabulous products?

Click here to get started and your kit will be on it's way and YOU will never have to leave home to shop from THE best paper crafting products on the market and  YOU will get them cheaper than anyone else! Sweet!

Teacher gifts!

Hi there!

Happy Monday!

Do you need a gift for your child's teacher? How about a thoughtful flower that won't die and never needs watering? I guess this one is a bit gender bias being it's a gerber daisy, but who am I to judge!

I have a few of these vases (with the tags) made up already and if you live in the Calgary area and you'd like one for  $7.00 just drop me a line at rosecoleman@shaw.ca .

While the Daisy Big shot die has retired... sniff sniff... I am pleased with the the other Big Shot product I used on this project. The Apothecary Framelits.. take a look...

I love all the shapes in this framelit set and they co-ordinate with several stamp set from the new catalogue. I love how they make great tags! Here, I just snipped the half circle bit of the end of one to make a tag. Like this...

I hope your having a great day and if you'd like one of these vases let me know.

Happy Halloween!!

Hi there!

I hope your having  a "Fang"tastic day!!! Hee Hee! I love Halloween!

Today I have a few pictures of some excitement around here the past few days. Thanks to everyone who came over and completed their Haunted House! I hope you will enjoy them for many halloween's to come!

I was thrilled to have my good friend Annette ( and Boyd and Katelyn too!) drop in for a visit from Red Deer on Thursday and it was graet that she had time to make a house too! Here's Annette with her creation!  High school Math teachers can do more then just teach Math!! Hee Hee!

Here's a picture of the quick little treats Amanda and I put together for her class mates this week... We used the two tags dies and these came together soo easily!

How about a card??

Here's a "spinner" card I made. I just love spinner cards! In case you've never seen one... the vampire at the bottom is on a wheel made with two pennies..so if you tilt the card he spins across the front!

Now for a picture of my two darling kiddies dressed up in their costumes!! Amanda is a littlest pet shop Love bug and Andrew is a fat chef.... just like the man from the "Viola!" stamp set that retired last year! Remember him?

I hope your having a "spooktacular" day!!!

Tomorrow is November first ...can you believe it?? I'll be back tomorrow with an updated class list for November and we will jump right into Christmas mode!!! Can't wait!!!!
